My life’s work is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations reach their highest potential through the lens of self-awareness, vision and deliberate creation.

I’ve found that one of the best ways to make a meaningful impact in the world is to work with key leaders in the workplace.  By guiding them to transform their lives in a way that allows them to lead authentically, they achieve powerful results in their own lives and impact everyone around them. 

Leaders create a ripple effect as they elevate and impact their teams and organizations. The organization then begins to transform from the inside out because its leaders are dedicated to living an aligned life that is on purpose. Organizations with conscious leaders don't suffer from employee drama, gossip, disengagement, break downs in communication, low productivity and low morale like other organizations do. Instead, they take radical responsibility, keep clean agreements, lead with integrity and communicate authentically with candor. 

In addition to my love for all things personal and professional development, I am also a passionate artist creating Magnetic Geodes made from resin, wood and real quartz crystals that are made to resemble geodes found in nature. 

I also have a beautiful family of 3 including my soul-mate Robert, our sweet daughter Taylor, and our super-friendly cats Lucky and Jade who all keep me busy in my off time.
